Fuda was Approved for the Establishment of National Postdoctoral Research Station
Lately, Fuda got the good news from the
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Post-doctoral Management
Committee that we got the permision of the establishment of post-doctoral
research station.This is another major breakthrough in scientific research
platform and talent construction after the company's Postdoctoral Innovation Practice
Base of Guangxi as well as Talents of Core Parts of Automobile Transmission System
in Guangxi.
In recent years, our company has built a new
talent construction and management system, adopted a "going out and bringing
in" strategy, also our capacity for independent innovation has been
constantly improved; we have more than 100 patents, core technologies and
production processes such as shaft journal, fillet quenching and fillet rolling.
Company has introduced 2 doctors from Chongqing University and completed 2
postdoctoral projects; In 2019, another doctor from Dalian University of
Technology was successfully introduced to tackle special projects, this project
has become a major project in Guangxi and has achieved positive results, which
has accumulated rich project management experience for the construction and
management of post-doctoral research stations.
After approval of establishing the
postdoctoral research station, our company will further strive to achieve
greater achievements in doctoral training, practice and scientific and
technological innovation, research on crankshaft lightweight, dynamic balance
key technology, gear meshing noise, key materials and other core technologies
will be carried out jointly with famous universities and research institutes at
home and abroad to achieve research breakthroughs in frontier technology,
contribute new and greater strength to China's economic development.
